Automatic Renewal Terms

1. Subscription Renewal
By subscribing to Piquora auto-renewal, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew for the same term as your initial subscription, unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
2. Renewal Notification
We may send renewal reminders or confirmations where required by law or as a courtesy. However, we do not guarantee advance notice in all cases. You can manage auto-renewal from your account.
3. Automatic Payment
Your subscription renewal will be processed automatically using the payment method on file at the time of renewal, unless you choose to update your payment information or cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
4. Cancelling Automatic Renewal
You can cancel in your subscription/billing settings. If you purchased through a third-party store (such as the App Store or Google Play), cancellations may need to be completed through that store. Cancellations must be completed before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.
5. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Changes to Subscription Plans
We may change subscription plans, pricing, or features from time to time. We will provide notice where required by law, and changes will apply prospectively.
7. Free Trials (if offered)
If a free trial is offered, it may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility and duration may vary and can be limited to one per user or account.
8. Agreement Acceptance
By continuing to use Piquora and accepting the automatic renewal terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
9. Payment Failures
If an automatic payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or ask you to update your payment information. Access to subscription benefits may be interrupted if payment cannot be completed.
