Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations work for subscriptions and other recurring paid services on Piquora.
1. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel an eligible subscription before the next renewal date through the billing or subscription management route made available in Piquora or through the applicable payment platform.
2. Effect of cancellation
Unless otherwise required by law or an offer term, cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
3. Coins, virtual goods, and promotional benefits
Coins, virtual goods, used boosts, redeemed gifts, or consumed benefits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or specifically promised by Piquora.
4. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing
Account deletion or inactivity does not automatically cancel every billing relationship. You remain responsible for completing cancellation through the correct billing channel unless applicable law says otherwise.
