Piquora may enforce its rules to protect users, the platform, and legal compliance obligations.

1. Enforcement actions
  • content removal
  • feature restrictions
  • temporary locks or suspensions
  • verification review or additional checks
  • permanent account removal
2. Factors we may consider

Severity, repetition, user safety, evidence credibility, fraud risk, legal obligations, and evasion behavior.

3. Immediate action cases

Piquora may act without prior warning in cases involving suspected minors, credible threats, extortion, severe harassment, fraud, impersonation, explicit exploitation, or major platform abuse.

4. Appeals

If you believe enforcement was applied in error, you may appeal by contacting support@piquora.com and including your account email, the action taken, and any relevant context.

5. Appeal limits

Piquora may decline appeals that are abusive, duplicative, fraudulent, or unsupported. Some actions may not be reversible if required by law, safety concerns, or severe abuse findings.
