Law Enforcement and Emergency Requests Policy

Piquora may respond to valid legal process, preservation requests, and emergency disclosure requests where permitted or required by law.
1. Legal process
We may review subpoenas, court orders, warrants, and other lawful requests for user information and respond where legally required or permitted.
2. Emergency requests
In situations involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, Piquora may evaluate emergency requests and disclose limited information where lawful and necessary.
3. Preservation
We may preserve records connected to safety incidents, litigation, legal process, or active investigations for a reasonable period.
4. User notice
Where lawful and appropriate, Piquora may notify affected users. We may withhold notice where prohibited by law, where there is a safety risk, or where notice could compromise an investigation.
5. How to submit requests
Legal and emergency requests should be sent to legal@piquora.com with sufficient authority, scope, urgency, and identifying detail.
