Matchmaker Consent Terms

These terms apply when you participate in Piquora's matchmaker-assisted services, client intake flows, introductions, or matchmaker-managed experiences.
1. Consent to matchmaker-managed service
By joining a matchmaker-assisted program, you authorize Piquora and authorized matchmaker operators to review the profile, intake, preference, and consent information necessary to manage your participation.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Matchmaker services do not guarantee introductions, dates, compatibility, relationship success, or any specific outcome.
3. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate profile, lifestyle, relationship-goal, and contact information.
4. Confidentiality and limited sharing
Piquora may share limited profile or intake information with authorized matchmaker personnel and with introduction candidates where necessary to operate the service, subject to privacy and safety controls.
5. Billing and refunds
Matchmaker-related fees, if any, are governed by the applicable plan, purchase flow, and refund or cancellation terms unless a specific written agreement says otherwise.
