Reporting, Blocking, and Safety Enforcement Policy

Effective Date: May 22, 2026  •  Last Updated: May 22, 2026

This policy explains how users can report or block others on Piquora and how Piquora may respond to safety-related concerns.

1. Blocking

Blocking is designed to help users control contact and visibility. When available, a block may prevent another user from contacting you, viewing you, or interacting with you in normal product flows.

2. Reporting

Reporting alerts Piquora to behavior or content that may violate our rules or create risk. Users should report:

  • harassment, threats, or stalking
  • hate, discrimination, or abusive conduct
  • impersonation or catfishing
  • scams, money requests, extortion, or blackmail
  • explicit, exploitative, or non-consensual content
  • suspected underage use
3. Review process

Piquora may review account information, reports, messages, profile content, moderation records, technical signals, and other evidence reasonably related to the incident.

4. Possible safety actions
  • warning or notice
  • content removal or feature limitation
  • temporary restriction or suspension
  • verification review or additional review steps
  • permanent account removal
  • evidence preservation where required
5. Good-faith reporting

Users should report in good faith. False, malicious, or retaliatory reporting may itself violate Piquora rules.

6. Not every report results in the same action

Piquora may apply different actions depending on severity, repeat behavior, credibility of evidence, user safety, and legal or operational requirements.
