Piquora may use AI-assisted features to improve user experience, communication quality, support operations, and product reliability. This disclosure explains the role of AI in the platform.
1. AI-assisted product features
Piquora may use AI-assisted systems for features such as:
- Message drafting, rewriting, or suggestion tools
- Conversation assistance and prompts
- Support experiences and help flows
- Internal quality or safety review support
2. Human responsibility still applies
AI-generated or AI-assisted content is a convenience tool. Users remain responsible for what they send, publish, approve, or rely on. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate.
3. AI does not replace safety review or personal judgment
AI tools do not guarantee truth, compatibility, emotional accuracy, or safety. They do not replace moderation, human review, or your own judgment when interacting with others.
4. How Piquora may use data for AI-enabled features
When AI-enabled features are used, Piquora may process the content necessary to provide the feature, improve reliability, protect users, detect abuse, or support legitimate operational needs, subject to our privacy and security practices.
5. Sensitive or prohibited uses
Piquora does not permit users to use AI features to harass, impersonate, deceive, extort, exploit, or generate abusive or unlawful content.
6. Updates and feature changes
AI-related features may change over time. Piquora may add, limit, suspend, or remove AI-assisted capabilities as product, safety, legal, or quality needs evolve.
