1. Program and use case
Piquora sends SMS for verification only: one-time passcodes used for account security and sign-in. We do not use this program for marketing, promotion, or general notifications.

3. Step-by-step SMS opt-in flow
- User signs in to Piquora and opens Notifications settings.
- User must complete phone verification before SMS can be enabled.
- User enables the Text/SMS setting and sees the consent CTA sheet for verification codes only.
- User reviews disclosure language and checks an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox.
- User taps confirm to save SMS consent for the verified phone number.
4. CTA text shown at opt-in
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on verification requests.
- Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Terms and Privacy Policy links are shown in the consent sheet.
5. Data collected and consent capture
- Verified phone number.
- Consent status (on/off), timestamp, and source in account settings flow.
- Delivery metadata required for messaging operations and compliance.
6. Opt-out and help behavior
- Users can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Users can reply HELP for assistance.
- Users can also disable SMS verification in account notification settings.
